Scheduling: By booking, you authorize this business to charge your card on file a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit. Late cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will incur a 50% charge of your scheduled service value.

Return/Refund Policy: All packages and auto-pays are not transferable to other clients (except where stated) and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates, however we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facility. For product purchases, returns are valid within 7 days and are required to be 75% full for a credit to use on a different product or non-discounted service.
